@TOURMANBOB I have freedom of speech. I dont need anyones approval to say something. Also, I didnt "oppose" anything. Im merely pointing out the double standards here. "This national security law is dangerous in your country, but not in mine"

Robert Campbell "This is all extremely serious and dangerous stuff...." Your country also has a national security law...dont have double standards...

@TOURMANBOB "Every country has security concerns and laws but most don't try to limit freedom of speech" Like I said, more double standards. You honestly think your country has "freedom of speech"? Think again. Try hate speech. Try verbal har*ssment. Oh implementing those laws are so "dangerous"... Every country has their own version of "freedom of speech". Dont try to shove your version of freedom of speech or security laws down other countrys throats and say its "dangerous" if its not the same as yours. And just FYI, the laws implemented specifically targeting secession, sedition, terrorism and collusion with foreign forces. Oh so "dangerous" for HK to have those laws....

@Majeff US and UK have more cameras per capita than China. Got anything to say about that?

Martha Perder If by brainwashing you mean curing brainwashed people, then yes. Brainwashing the brainwashed with facts and figures.

@Majeff "the Chinese camera have more CAPABILITIES. They can recognize your face, deduct credit scores and more" You do realise that UK cameras also have face recognition capabilities too right? As for "deducting credit scores". Thats not technically the "cameras" capabilities. Thats another technology. But doesnt matter. Nothing will be deducted if no offence was committed. If one commits an offence, they pay up. The only difference back in your country is that a police needs to be there to catch an offender to have them deal with the consequences. Whats wrong with a more efficient system. Its not like its invading your personal privacy. This is the public for crying out loud.

Y O "I presume these companies now have to hand over employee communication records to Beijing" Why would employees be using their own companies communication devices to conduct non-business related activities?
