  2.  @jordy9606  Im not going to enter into a subjective argument with you. Just because one puts in a lot of effort does not mean theyre "fluent". It takes more than just "effort" and "thinking" that they are fluent to be fluent. For example, one could put in a lot of effort in learning Korean and think theyre fluent in Korean, but if their exam results show 30/100, are they "fluent? No.
