@kwokholuk8723 Selfish is for oneself. She is clearly doing this for others (her friends)

@ I know that already. No need to state the obvious. Shes already in the train, so shes not doing it for herself. So its not the definition of "selfish".

@TiaLM-h2i I dont agree with what she did, but what she did is not selfish. She didnt do it for herself, but for her friends.

@giangphan5576 Doesnt matter what the "context" is, there is only 1 definition of of the word selfish. Definition of words dont have "flexibility". Its simply the wrong word to use.

@giangphan5576 Again, context does not matter as there is only 1 definition of the word. "Context" does not change its meaning. Its simply the wrong word to use. And just because people understand it, it doesnt mean a words definition magically changes to something else. Like I said, its the wrong word to use. Simple as that.

@ My English is fine buddy. If you cant understand it, the problem is on you, not me. Heres a simplified version since you find it so difficult to understand: Context no matter. Word "selfish" has 1 meaning. Meaning cannot change. Man used word incorrectly. Understand?

@Rivər Subject that the word is being used on? What youre suggesting IS the very definition of changing the meaning. Youre basically lumping her with the "group", and so since shes only doing it for the group shes "selfish"? So based on your logic, if someone does something for their country (a larger group) without regards to the world (others), theyre also "selfish"? Thats not how it works. Definition is definition. You cant change it like that. Create a new word if you must
