Everyone is to abide by the rules and wear school uniforms, not wear whatever they want. Cant follow school rules, then face expulsion. Its simple as that. Also, NO WHERE in the Quran does it say a women MUST wear hijabs...

Rachelcookie321 Their argument is that everyone is to abide by the rules and wear school uniforms, not wear whatever they want. Cant follow school rules, then face expulsion. Sounds reasonable imo. Also, NO WHERE in the Quran does it say a women MUST wear hijabs. So dont say its "following their religion".

@alzack112 "You aren't Muslim, are you? Because Quran IS NOT THE ONLY source of Islamic rules" Link me the other source of Islamic rules, that say women MUST wear hijabs

@rachelcookie321 New Zealand allows Muslim to wear full body burqa like those in the video? I call BS. Head scarf at most, and thats WITHOUT covering the face. It doesnt matter about their "identity". Thats irrelevant. Everyone has their own identity. Are we to cater to everyones individuals special "identity"? As for your comment on feeling uncomfortable removing their hijab, I could say Im uncomfortable getting out of bed to go to school on a rainy day, does that mean I shouldnt? If literally EVERYONE in the country can do it, so can they. If they want to cover their head with a scarf, go for it, but this is not about that. Its about wearing what they want, FULL BODY coverage including covering their face.

@alzack112 What? You telling me your "source" cannot be found online?

@snuckel4 Theyre wearing a freaking full body burqa and covering their face. Its no longer about religion, its about wearing whatever they want without any regards to school rules. Does religion teach that? And you know what? The Quran NEVER said that women MUST were hijabs/burka etc. And just because Indonesia doesnt enforce school rules that means the world should follow them?

@snuckel4 Exactly. I dont know how women wore in the past for the Quran to specify that, but its clear that in todays standards bosoms are fully covered. Theres no need for an extra covering as its already covered. School uniforms are in line with the Quran. Everything that needs to be covered is covered. Theres no need for such extravaganza like burqa and niqab as shown in vid
