@menvevo8111 "Taiwan" was never a "nation". Taiwan specifically refers to the island, and island only. If youre speaking about Republic of CHINA, then Taiwan has only been part of Republic of CHINA for 70 years - Taiwan island was given back to China from Japan after WW2.
