Are doing far better than countries who had an early and strict lockdown" No, the best states in the US arent doing better than the best countries with lockdowns. Compare apples with apples, not the best apples with all the fruits that are red. Those that you mentioned did great because they had forced quarantine and contact tracing from the START (as well as wearing masks when out), not 2+ months later like a lot of other countries. Also, HK and Taiwan arent countries. Belarus is sparsely populated in ALL its towns/cities. And Sweden is not doing good...
