@GreenKid1988 How? Change in markets or wrong prediction. Eg, buy for 500m, renovate for 100m, expected 100m a year, but only got 50m a year. After 5 yrs still not paid off debt so filed bankruptcy. Simple. I mean, if he waited 15years he couldve made a profit. But if a business decides not to wait and say I prefer to use those funds in a more profitable business, the they stop the business. Its that simple.

@GreenKid1988 Thats not how it works. Go make your millions before telling people how you "like your millionaires". Most businessmen have experienced bankruptcy at least once in their life. They just dont tell you. Trump was heavily audited thats why the world knows.
