Moreover, US importers dont just look at price, they look at speed and volume. There isnt another country in this world that can produce at the same pace and quantity that China can. The extra $198 is literally just the brand and profits to companies in between. Take away the brand, its literally the SAME THING as the $2 tie. And youre only shows your level of intelligence in assuming things with absolutely no information.

Im saying although its not cheap as what it used to be, it currently STILL IS cheaper than if it was to be produced in the US. "Obviously you're rooting for China" I root for facts. Doesnt matter what country. 'Again, you brought up "if Americans are willing to pay more". They're not. We don't want higher end products made in China' Errr all youre electronic have parts made in China. Even the most expensive ones like iPhones and whatnot. And you WANT them to be made in China, otherwise itll cost $2000+ outright. No where else on earth can they make and assemble products as fast and efficient in huge volumes as China can. Trust me, companies have tried to work with other countries, they failed miserably.
