@lenkiatleong Chinas role in contributing to this world is easily measured by dollar$. Lifting hundreds of millions out of poverty, building infrastructure in 3rd world countries, leading the world more green. Is none of that positive to you?

@lenkiatleong Calling a developing nation a problem? Wow

@lenkiatleong Well they did just turn 18. Theyre not even developed yet. Cant ask too much from a developing nation.

@lenkiatleong So the US calling all developing nations a problem now? And calling China a developing nation a huge mistake? Any country in this country in this world with a GDP per capita of Chinas is a developing nation. How is that a mistake again? The country as a whole is still poor. Just because they have a few big cities that are "developed" doesnt mean those city somehow represent the whole of China. Most of their country is still piss poor.

@lenkiatleong You know yet you still call China being classified as a developing nation a "mistake"?

@lenkiatleong " if you read again my posts above, i said past WTO councils made the mistake of not defining properly what is a developing nation. And yes, i agree that the councils did make a mistake" I had no problem reading it the first time. Using the word "mistake" already tells me so. And you agreeing just proved me right. China is indeed still a developing country. Only developing countries have a growth rates that high. Only developing countries have poverty rates that high. Only developing countries have GDP per capita that low. Other than a few bigs flashy cities and some flashy infrastructure here and there, nothing about china is considered developed. China has a long way to go to consider themselves developed I tell you.

@lenkiatleong In the Western world, once you hit 18, the ticking starts for you to be independent and get out of the house.
