@SamA-nj7yr That is your opinion. And I dont think you understand what a dictator actually is. Dictator: a ruler with total power over a country, typically one who has obtained control by force. Xi does not have absolute power, nor did he attain his position by force. China is authoritarian, not under dictatorship.
