Taiwan also dont have their own military, constitution, etc. Their military is called the Republic of China Armed Forces, their duty is the protect ROC, not just Taiwan. Due to civil war ROCs territory was reduced to just Taiwan thats all. And their constitution? Their constitution refers to Taiwan as a province of China. And ROC claims to be China.
