  1. 15:11 No. Its not because theyre "more important". You made that up yourself. They tried having different time zones before. People simply didnt like it, and it posed massive synchronisation problems in a country that interlinks much much more than then West. And the time China used is based off Shanxi province, which is geographically centred in the middle of China. So its not thaaat bad.
