  1. ​ @dawn_alex  China invaded Tibet? Yeh in the 1600s. Since then, Tibet has legally been part of China for longer than USA has been a country. When Qing China collapsed, all her sovereign territory was legally transferred to the new Chinese government, including Tibet. But Tibet decided to illegally form their own government when legally their territory belonged to China. So Chinas did not "invade" Tibet mid century, they reclaimed their rightful territory from illegal occupiers. As for your "Taiwan" an "independent country" comment. TW island is dependent on Republic of CHINA (ROC). And ROC once sat in the UN representing the country called CHINA, and is flying a Chinese flag. In ROCs constitution, it refers to TW as a province of China. The conflict between ROC and PRC stems from an unfinished civil war called the Chinese Civil War. Civil war meaning war within the SAME country. ROC till this day still officially claims to be the country called China. If ROC claims to be the country called China, who are you to tell them theyre not?

The rest of the world is ignorant. You think everyone in the world knows about treaties and who the land belongs to? Just because they dont know, doesnt mean what they think is true.
