@DeclinedMercy So because the constitution isnt followed, therefore, we should disregard the English language on our part and call him a dictator even though he needs his governments support (aka permission) to do things?

@CCY17777 And you do need special PERMITS (not visa) to travel to other places in China not administered directly by PRC, that is, HK, Macau and Taiwan.
