  1. Ever heard of extradition? If a criminal from country A escapes to country B, if both countries have an extradition treaty then country B hands over suspect to country A. HK is no exception.

  3. maggie Lin Whats the problem here maggie? Hong Kong belongs to China whether they like it or not. Its arguable whether China owns the people or not, but it undeniably owns the territory.

  4. If HK has the worst of both systems, then why is it so successful? Mind you they do have business and capital regulations. And what is communist about HK? Actually what is communist about China besides its name?
