@pftburchell5197 Did you really listen to Nazi Germany in them claiming huge chunks of Europes were theirs? Did you really listen to Japan claiming that East and South East Asia were theirs? Helping them rebuild was not part of "listening" to them. It was an "offer" from the winning side to prevent another war as youve mentioned. Also, thats 25% figure is fake news. Just because the media keeps repeating that figure doesnt mean its true. Multiple third party organisations already verified that the PEAK of the largest said protest (2 million one) amounted to only 260k. Thats less than 5% of HKs population.
