Is it Chinas fault that theyre surrounded by many "weaker" nations that feel threaten by its capacity? Chinas "arms race" budget is below average when it comes to military spending by GDP ratio. Most developed countries including yours well exceed Chinas military spending ratio. Going by your logic, guess yall all "threatening" China with your above average military spending🤣
