Also, we are not talking about mere "arrests", we are talking about conviction. So your comment on "probable cause" is irrelevant.

This video is about gun deaths. How many of those 400+ were "important" people? Probably none. So dont go off talking about it as if thats relevant. "They will get either the weapons, DNA, security footage, or anything that can prove it was you" So how many of those 400+ deaths have their killers convicted? Like seriously how many? "If they have probable cause, what is the chance of you getting free before the trial? NONE." You have made a bold assumption that the person snipping is CAUGHT. IF THEYRE HIDDEN then they wont be CAUGHT in the first place (to get arrested). "So if the prosecutor wants you behind bars, they will twist and turn everything against you. So if your lawyer(not you), your lawyer can prove the evidence is bogus, then you have a shot to win the case" You FIRST have to be CAUGHT for ANY case to be trialed. And THAT was my point. You need to be CAUGHT. Whats the point of going through the following process with me if the shooter is not CAUGHT?
