  4.  Covert Puppy Two  " No one in the US says the US are allowed to emit more CO2 per-person than the rest of the world... NO ONE. Where do you get such nonsense?" You literally implied that when you said "China single handedly provides 18% of the world pollution... more than twice that of the US". Everything is China China China, when their emissions per capita is so low. The fact that you were defending the US saying that they "decreased its CO2 emissions EVERY YEAR" instead of condemning them like you were condemning China further supports that implication. Emissions should be based on a per capita basis, as every person on this planet deserves to use X amount of energy. "India has nearly the same population but far less pollution than China!" Theyre also less developed. Have you not realised that less developed countries use less energy than the rest of the world? And btw, India has 15 of the top 20 polluting cities. Far worse than China. "And lets not forget, per-capita... China burns FAR MORE COAL than anyone else!!!" This conversation is about emissions. Not coal. Dont even pretend other forms of energy like gas dont emit pollution. US uses more of other polluting fossil fuels like gas than coal. But nevertheless, China emits LESS CO2 on a per capita basis than the US. "What gives China the privilege of rising CO2 emissions EACH YEAR while nations like the US reduces its emissions EACH YEAR???" You must not be very bright at maths/logic. Doesnt matter how much they increase if they dont exceed the US on a per capita basis. Something you dont seem to understand. China has the "privilege" of increasing their CO2 emissions simply because their CO2 emissions per capita is LOW. Meaning the average Chinese uses LESS energy, and thus LESS emissions, than the US. Denying that further implies youre allowing countries like the US to continue their high CO2 emissions per person habits.
