Christopher Meisner In her all her hearings there was literally no evidence to conclude that she was guilty. She had every bit of evidence to prove she was innocent, and in the end, she pleaded not guilty and was allowed to go home. USs way of "saving face" is forced confessions. She was only allowed go home only if she made those statements. And her case had been deferring for the past 3 years. Why is it just now that she is released but during the past 3 years she was not?

Christopher Meisner Doesnt matter if it was a criminal hearing or an extradition hearing. The allegations were the same - bank fraud. The allegations were that she deliberately lied about Huawei’s business dealings in Iran (via their subsidiary Skycom) in which US federal prosecutors say, risked putting the bank in breach of US sanctions against Iran. She provided evidence that HSBC knew about Huawei’s connection to Skycom, thus undermining the allegation of fraud. The US made up false allegations in attempt to kidnap an innocent person due to trade wars. And here you are saying I dont understand the case. Its YOU that doesnt understand the case. The US withdrew the extradition request because they knew they couldnt win. Then made her make a forced confession in order to release her. But really it doesnt matter if she "admitted" she lied, theres literally concrete evidence that HSBC completely knew everything, contradicting the allegations and confessions. Doesnt take a genius to figure out whos the real liar here...
