Whats considered "below cost"? If a company just started and theyre selling their product at a competitive price but is at a financial "loss", because initial capital and operational costs are high, is that considered "below cost"? You looking at raw material cost? Or the full operational cost which includes marketing etc? Because I assure you China is not selling at below raw material cost. And most businesses sell at an operational loss when they first start off, especially when theres R&D costs involved. And its not considered "dumping" if people are actually buying their products. There is literally a waiting list for people to buy their EVs. If theres a waiting list, that means supply does NOT exceed demand. So how is that "dumping"?
