"Ethnicity of Hong Kongers (as well as Macaneee)- HK is a multicultural country." Your sentence here is incomplete...What are you trying to say? And HK is not a "country". Its a special city, of China. "By saying a person from HK doesn't mean he is Asian by race. He could be black by skin colour" One can only be a HK CITIZEN if theyre Chinese. HK residents are not HK citizens. Therefore, your comment about other races is irrelevant here. This comment is obviously about citizens of HK, not foreigners living in HK. But its obviously in this context. Here it can only mean 2 things; nationality and/or ethnicity. HK ticks both boxes on being "Chinese", which ever it is.
