Google was banned because they didnt comply with Chinese regulations and continued to not comply. Now they regret and is willing to comply with Chinas demands, hence Project Dragonfly is being developed. Huawei on the otherhand is banned simply because the US cannot compete with them on 5G. And made up some bullshit like its a "threat to national security", "theyll spy on you". They provided absolutely no evidence at all to back that claim up, and till this date, STILL there is no evidence even after trying to find evidence. If anything, theres plenty of evidence out there that the US is spying on YOU and other countries in the world.
