  1.  @johnwolf2829  Thats propaganda. Theres literally ZERO evidence that its from China. Only evidence is that the attacks are "large" and "co-ordinated". They dont like China so they say its China. If they were on bad terms with Russia or India, they could say its Russia or India too.

There needs to be concrete evidence. Otherwise making any claims on that is propaganda. "they have the best military based cyber operations in the world" Military? Who said anything about military? The US have the best cyber capabilities hands down. Not even questionable. Also, if I was a hacker, I would hide my location. No one would know where my location was. It really could be anyone or any organisation/country.
