  1. It is risky for sure, but India won't be safe if there are hot spots of COVID-19 in the immediate neighborhood even when India is free. The decision is humane and makes sense as well.

  2.  @fayezahmad112  I certainly don't know the operational details and must believe that whoever is planning this is taking care of those needs. When they went to Iran, they took medical equipment with them.
