@mckendrick7672 I wonder how USA will be once Latin America develops…It couldn’t rely on Mexicans anymore since it’s birth rate is also slowing down and its developing fast…so now it relies on Central American/South American immigrants but once Latin America and the Asia /Africa are more developed….USA would hit the fan…It relies way to much on immigrants
3
Even African countries and Latin countries have lower birth rates now which will continue to decline
3
@v.d.2738 Even poor countries are seeing a steady decline in birth rates….As they develop I expect less and less immigrants going to western countries…. Mexico for example..way less Mexicans go to USA now . Way less Salvadorians go to USA now.

@yookalaylee2289 Maybe he was right🤷♂️ less humans more robots
2
@krashme997 The issue is modernized countries have less babies simple👍 the only way western countries maintain is because of immigrants but if those countries modernize and less immigrants leave then practically the whole world will have less babies and countries won’t be able to depend on immigrants
2
@mckendrick7672 Japan is king of automation
2
@ybergik Agreed….Even third world countries have slowing birth rates.
1
Its better in the long run to try to fix the issue even if it takes longer than just relying on immigrants which will have to adapt to the culture and sooner or later they will also have less babies….Even poor countries that are developing have a slowing birth rate….Immigration won’t fix the problem its just a time halter….Which would also probably affect Japans culture and its distinctly Japanese culture
1
@gentlemandemon Diversity isn’t a strength..Thats why..especially in countries that have such distinct and old cultures… Plus like I said, the 3rd world is developing at rates never seen before and their birth rates are also slowing down….Its not a solution its just a bandaid
1
@gentlemandemon Even if the culture changes how will immigrants be a solution? Even countries that we can say they have cultures that care more about quality of life than money, well they also have very low birth rates….Once most of the world develops what will Japan do? Maybe USA can deal with the issue by causing a war or something but mass migration to the west will eventually be very low compared to how its historically been when the west was the only region with developed and developing countries….We can say oh well there will always be poor/violent/war torn countries…Okay even if thats true they will most likely migrate to countries closer to them…. For example Im sure various African countries will eventually develop into prosperous countries & its only logical that a African from a war torn poverty stricken country will most likely move to the rich prosperous African country…. Lets also not forget that developing third world countries also are slowly but surely having less babies too. There will probably always be horrible countries around the globe but I really believe most countries will eventually develop and the few countries that are down bad will have way more options on where to migrate to….Which will hurt Regions that historically were on top in terms of migration goals…. Heres a example…What will USA do as Canada grows and more immigrants are attracted to Canada? What will Canada do as Mexico develops and gets more attractive to immigrants ? What will Mexico do as Brazil develops and gets better? Its a domino effect of countries developing and getting better…Which means a smaller pool of immigrants with a larger pool of options…PLUS the slowing birth rates of these so called third world countries. I really believe this will happen unless somehow humans really mess up somehow…. Because theres literally no way most African,Latino,Asian countries won’t be prosperous . So yea I believe immigration won’t fix anything it will only be a small bandaid 🩹 but reality is that most of the world has slowing birth rates….I think immigration hurts the countries where people are leaving…
1
Immigration is not a solution especially as third world countries continue to develop and their birth rates are also in decline….
1
@allthenewsordeath5772 100% agreed but the reason its also a bandaid is because many third world countries are developing too and even their birth rates are somehow slowing down…Not as much as developed countries but its slowing down so imagine when they are actually really developed….
1
@RabbitShirak It will happen in non western countries too….Latin America has slowing birth rates and even Africa too…Japan might just be ahead and less reliant on immigrants which is just a time slower but not a solution. Look at Mexico for example yea the population is younger but they are also having less babies than the past generation…Migration from Mexico to U.S has slowed A LOT. Migration from El salvador to USA has also slowed a lot
1
@michaelgrey1351 Yup…for example if Latin American modernizes USA won’t be able to depend on immigrants much longer….El Salvadors migration rates already fell thanks to their president taking out the gangs lol
1
@BoxStudioExecutive Immigration is not the solution as birth rates are falling everywhere 👎
1
Immigration is nothing but a time slower of the inventible…Poor countries also have slowing birth rates especially the ones developing…..At least Japan will keep its culture and ethnicity distinctly Japanese….USA and Europe won’t be able to depend on mass immigration forever
1
Venezuela is mostly gangs though while Mexico is actual armed convoys that go toe to toe with the military . Haiti is just a failed state.
1
Populations go up and down….I’m tired of people acting like it’s something crazy…. Also immigrants aren’t a solution
