An aftermarket oil filter voids the warranty?? Sounds more like they have a bunch of incompetent technician that doesn't know how to fix the car. By just giving you the run around to avoid dealing with the problem.

That is a nightmare to work on just from the looks of it all. So much clutters that just never made any sense. Gotta give 2 thumbs up to mr AMD for even taking on this job. I see why some mechanic would just walk away from taking the job. 5 grand is too modest for a job this large and messy. If you ask me, 5 gand is well worth spent for a thorough job of this caliber. Best investment for the customer. If it was mine and i didn't truly love this car. I would've just sell it and be done with it as not worth investing your hard earn dollar on for a car that you truly don't love. So its crucial to make sure it is a car that you truly love before shelling out a huge chunk of your hard earn money on. 57:58
