  1. I much rather sacrifice wearing the brake pads than downshifting to slow down the vehicle. Brake pads are easily replaceable. Destroying your transmission using downshifting in steep hill is NOT worth the cost.

  2. Most people never learn to properly care for their vehicle. Hence why some vehicle starts to have problems or broken parts. Full stop, then shift to park. Never let it rock back and forth, then slam it into the park. Taking care of your car is like taking care of your partner or wife for life.

  3. Yep! Best tip is to always warm up your car before driving. Never start a car and drove off without letting it warm up. Your transmission fluid is just as important as your motor oil. Only less maintanence required. 30-60k mile tranny fluid change is ideal for a long lasting tranny.
