  1. Green Bay will be updated in the future. The possibility of an expanded upper deck exists along with converting to seats. Except for the lower bowl (1). Do not expect the distance of the front to seats to change. The Lambeau Leap is too much of a tradition. I could see where the upper deck could be enclosable. Or heated to some degree. Even a system to heat the bleacher seats at some point. But if the NFL or TV starts to demand all stadiums be enclosed let them pay for it. One thing you will not see in Green Bay is artificial turf. They will stay grass as long the team is there.

  2. Lambeau is a temple to football Gods. Along with a few other stadiums. Some college, some pro. Football is a fall to early winter sport. Weather, rain, snow, sleet, sun or wind is part of the game. Regarding weather. I have seen where games in December in Green Bay have been in the 60sF down to -10F. Average around 25 to 30F. I'm posting this on January 28th, 2024. Current temperature in Green Bay is 30F/-1C. 28F/-2C wind chill. Yesterday would have been in the same range. A week ago around the same. Clearly not to cold for football. Unless you're a wimp from Miami or LA. Also. Current cold weather clothing for football players is a lot better than it was 30 years ago. Even 20. The same goes for fans attending cold weather games in KC, Buffalo, Green Bay, Chicago, Cleveland, New Jersey, Philly, Foxborough etc. If you are too cold it is your damn fault. You dress for the weather. Not to make a fashion statement. And for all the complaints about cold weather what about when teams from northern cities go to Miami etc in a late heat wave.
