  3. I really can't see the Biden Administration doing this. Does anyone seriously think they could pull this off without somebody spilling the beans. This could have been pulled off by a team of divers operating off of a fishing boat. It's not that deep. There are probably thousands of sport and commercial divers that could have one the job. And the explosives could gave been planted days or weeks before hand. Suspect #1 Urkraine. They may see it as a legitimate target. Suspect #2 Russia themselves. The pipelines aren't in use and we can blame somebody else. Suspect #3 Norway. I mean who's gonna elect the Norwegians. Suspect #4 Radical Greens. Willing to do anything to prevent CO2 emissions.
