WTF Isn't Wiener the Cali state rep that introduced legislation to decriminalize giving somebody HIV intentionally. Plus lowering the legal penalty for sex with a minor or decriminalizing it. As a US citizen and a member of the West I am so sick and tired of the citizens of my home country and other Western societies that travel to other nations and think that the rights they enjoy at home automatically follow them to a foreign country. Travel abroad, you are a guest in a foreign country. Subject to the laws of that cou try. And surrounded by that countries culture. Expecting that country to adapt to and change their society smacks of colonialism.
