  22.  @alasarcher400  In all fairness, yes that would have to apply given the charges filed. I will leave whether said charges or all of them should have been filed for another discussion. The primary charge of the three mentioned in the title of this video that l feel should be ineligible for bail is kidnapping. Another discussion is the inequality and economic hardship bail can effect on various economic portions of society. I also know someone who was held without bail on murder charges in Kenosha County. And that was a rush to judgement on the District Attorney's office.
