  1. While some will consider this a landslide victory one also needs to remember that for every 52 votes Biden received nationwide 48 people thought differently. The US is still deeply divided on many issues. And the division is not so much on the issues at stake themselves but what to do about them. Yes there are the extremists and crazies. ON BOTH SIDES OF THE DIVIDE. Biden has said he wants to try and heal the divisions. I want them healed also. But to do it I also think he will wind up alienating the progressive wing of his own party. I personally would like to see the rise of a centrist party in the US that would leave both the Republicans and Democrats with just the extremists.

  2. Does it start with a K or a C. I agree she has nothing to stand on for over the last four years. And her previous record isn't much to talk about IMO. Being the first Black female Senator from Cali isn't an accomplishment. Her record of putting lots of people in the slammer when she was Cali AG can be a liability in some circles. But Joe's co-sponsoring every crime bill that came down the pike didn't seem to hurt him.

  4. This was coming at least a douple of days before it was announced. They sure had commercials ready to run didn't they. One thing to expect in the next three months. A big push to get recent "asylum seekers" registered to vote in local and federal elections. The only requirement for federal elections is proof of citizenship. Which can be displayed by "good faith". And can be done on line. Why bother to immigrate. Register online and vote by mail.
