  1. There is another reason that white liberals embrace DEI. I allows them to lord it over their percieved inferiors. AKA hicks, hillbillies, Southern racists, blue collar uneducated morons etc. Without any backlash coming towards them for their own bigotry.

  2. Go further than that. Legalized discrimination against CIS white males. Employing one wrong to correct another wrong does not make things right. All it will do is either perpetuate existing racism in some poeple or create new racists in others.
