  1. There is a Jordan Peterson video where he is talking about the people who keep modern society running. Its not the urban professionals. Its the people, mostly men, mostly white at least in the West (1),that keep the lights on. The sewers and waste treatment facilities working. The water systems that deliver water to the faucet. Maintain the natural gas distribution systems. Without these systems and infrastructure society would quickly fall apart. 1) Its not race that sees these men in these jobs. Its a work ethic. Personally l don't care who is doing these jobs in terms of ethnic backround. What l care about is the jobs get done. What l care about is competence. If that makes me an ablist so be it.
