  1. In the past couple of years l have seen some truly awful apartment buildings built different locations in the same general area. Say a 50 km radius. Built l suspect to a strict price point. Truely hedious buildings l suspect will be slums in 30 years.

  2. If we want beautiful and aesthetically pleasing structures we need to find a way that reduces the cost of ornamental features while making them part of the structure. The apartment building at the start of the video is from what l call the Blahaus School.
