  2. Because almost nobody showed up for the primary when she first got elected. After that its Vote Blue, no matter who. And to be fair it happens in Red districts too. And as stupid as Ocassional Cortex seems sometimes I don't think she's as dumb as the island capsizing guy from Georgia.
