  1. The EPA serves a purpose. Let that be clearly understood. I don't think anybody wants businesses or municipalities to be allowed to use the air we breathe and the water we drink to be used as public sewers. We need an enforcement agency to police these matters. However politicians and unelected federal beauracrats should not be allowed to abuse and over reach beyond set policies. If the Administration seeks to curb the emissions of greenhouse gasses then propose legislation and try to get Congress to pass it.
