  2.  @AKATenn  1) Use of local resources to produce fuel and oxidizer 2) Escape and orbital velocities for Mars are low enough that the Starship could easily achieve both. The key though is #1.

  3. Personally I do not think any potential manned flight to Mars or the Asteriods sc should take place until we have propulsion systems that cut the travel time down to two or three months tops

  4.  @AKATenn  As far as manufacturing or refining the fuel. Ship the the LH2 (1) and use CO2 from the Martian atmosphere to produce the LOX and LCH4. 1) Or use H2O feed stock.
