  1. Are convicted sex offenders criminals? Damn straight they are. Prior to conviction there is presumption of innocence. In 1982 l served on jury in regards to two counts of 1st degree sexual assault. My mind was made up until the state brought the "victims" room mate to the stand. The upset the whole case. It turned out after the trial one of the jurors knew a baliff. The baliff told him that the same women had cried rape with 5 or 6 guys previously.
