  1. Two things in my opinion that should be done with the welfare system. 1) Eliminate Food Stamps and EBT cards. Go back to local welfare offices issuing supplies of staples and canned meats, seafood etc. 2) If you are getting government assistance maybe you should do something to help the local community instead of sitting on your ass watching TV or texting on your phone.
