  1. The North Shore actually ran through the Nash property in Kenosha. Large sections of the right-of-way in Wisconsin is now bike trails

  2.  @morewi  There used to be a completely different interurban that ran from Kenosha to Milwaukee paralleling the Cheap and Nothing Wasted Lakeshore Line.

  4.  @matapan08  Actually I can take Metra from Kenosha into Chigago. Only it runs as a local making every single stop.

  6. Yes Metra still runs from Kenosha to Union Station. Only thing is you stop at every single station. Still it is convenient if you work in Downtown or you are going down for an event. I worked with a guy that lives in Padock Lake. When he had to travel for work he would take the Metra from Antioch to O'Hara. I think he had to switch trains once.
