@rcrawford42 I'm beginning to hate driving on the Interstate thru Milwaukee. Speed limits are mere suggestions. If its 55 you have to do 65 just to avoid getting rear ended. But when it bumps up to 70 heading south some people slow down. People changing lanes. Not just one lane. But multiple lanes. And then back.

@Br3ttM Then it's up to citizens of those counties to Elect DAs and Judges that do their job. The justice system is made up of 4 parts. The law enforcement dpts. The DAs office. The courts and the juries. I want law enforcement to be professional. I want the DAs office to do their job. And courts to do the same. I've been on juries and l have seen the automatically guilty or innocent jurors. Last jury l was on the judge came in and talked to us after the jury. One reason is because the accused (found guilty) was actually worse than we knew as there was a lot we didn't see. Assault with deadly weapon the same day he got out of prison from another offense. One problem they have in Milwaukee is the County Correctional Facility (1) is overcrowded so the DAs office is constantly doing plea deals. 1) Correctional my ass.
