  1. Who here remembers that Baltimore neighborhood with piles of garbage, rats and other issues. The one that caused Trump to refer to it as worse than a Third World shithole. Baltimore officials were outraged. Did they do anything? No. It was left to volunteers from outside the City of Baltimore to clean up the mess. Of their own volition. After that does anyone with the brains to pour piss out of a boot expect Baltimore to care about anything.
