  4. Does anyone here remember when Trump was talking about Third World Shitholes. And the subject of American shithole cities came up. Specifically Baltimore. Baltimore was on the UN list of cities with major rat infestations. At this time there was a news story about one location in Baltimore that had a huge pile of garbage. Naturally this was drawing rats. The city wouldn't do anything. The property owner wouldn't do anything. And the residents wouldn't do anything. Well they all did two things. Ignore it and point the finger at somebody else. Plus they kept throwing more trash on the pile. It got cleaned up eventually. Not by the city. Not by the property owner. Not by the residents. But by volunteers from outside of Baltimore who spent their own money and devoted their time to do something. I wonder what it looks like today.
