Well, there are at least two interpretations of this message. 1) We will achieve so much more ones you give us sufficient amount of weapons and permission to use it as we like. 2) Look what unpredictable stunts we could do with the weapons you give us. While it is absolutely understandable that Ukrainian armed forces are fed up of fighting with their hands being tied behind their backs, the message of Kursk incursion the way it was done also is: Ukraine does not any more care whatsoever about concerns of its supporters. I would not be surprised if Ukraine's loose cannon behavior negatively influenced allies' decisions on military help.
