  1. Great video. You are talking about strategic nuclear weapons that are supposed to prevent an all-out nuclear war and I do want to believe you are right that it is not going to happen. But what about tactical ones? As spiral of escalation keeps heating up, how would you guess demonstration or use of them on the battlefield will influence the conflict? Do you believe in "escalate to de-escalate" effect?
