You are being very generous :) The tendency you've described began to be noticeable and took over gradually after Commander* Nielsen changed his outfit to the more formal one. I do miss the guy in an old T-shirt, his content was way more balanced. * @anderspuck Sorry if I used wrong rank. How to address you officially?
