The burden of proof is on you to demonstrate that conversion therapy works, and hasn't already been widely discredited. You are begging the question, which is a logical fallacy.

  2. There is a lot of presupposition coming from right wingers on this topic. Without resorting to conspiracy theories or already debunked lies, can any of them explain what's wrong with being trans? They act like they're under some moral imperative to keep the number of trans people as low as possible, by any means necessary.

  3. ​@M D Nice conspiracy theory with no evidence to back it up. Kids cannot be convinced to change their sexuality or gender identity through peer pressure, because conversion therapy does not work. Furthermore LGBTQ+ youth face higher rates of abuse because they're easier to take advantage of, as they're often rejected by their own families, and all an abuser has to do is threaten to out them to keep them silent. You obviously have no clue what you're talking about.
