  3. I've heard homophobic parents flat out admit they would physically abuse their kids if they turned out gay. Even though study after study has proven that conversion therapy doesn't work. I think they're just looking for any excuse to abuse their kids.

  5. Homophobia and transphobia actually dovetail with the right wing belief in the great replacement conspiracy theory. You will often hear right wingers say that being LGBTQ+ is wrong because they "can't reproduce" (which is false). You will hear transphobes fearmonger over how hospitals are "sterilizing" children (which doesn't happen). They're basically saying they want more white babies to be born, by any means necessary, which is also why right wingers are vehemently anti-choice.

  6.  @FreakinFred08  Prayers, blessings, and curses are essentially the same things as magic spells, except Christians like this will never admit it. They're appealing to supernatural forces to alter the laws of physics for their convenience. Since gay people are inconveniencing them, they're pretty much trying to cast a spell to get rid of the gay.
